The present invention relates to a head device for a machine tool which facilitates wiring treatment, improves assembly convenience and productivity, simplifies an inner structure, and reduces a weight; thereby improving durability of a main body. To achieve the above purpose, the head device for a machine tool comprises: a C-axis body fixated to the main body of the machine tool; an A-axis body on the a right and a left connected to a rotator rotating by a driving of a motor in the C-axis body, and rotating with the rotator in the direction of the C-axis; and a spindle head unit connected to the A-axis body on the right and the left in the direction of the A-axis by the driving of the motor to be able to rotate, rotating the mounted tool. The spindle head unit includes a spindle housing where a center unit and a rotating shaft unit on the right and the left are integrally formed; and an angle of the spindle head unit is controlled as the rotating shaft unit on the right and the left are individually connected to the A-axis body on the right and the left, and rotates in the direction of the A-axis around the rotating shaft unit. |
