The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sheet type beauty pack which is capable of wrinkle improvement effects by lifting skin and removing waste, with enough far infrared rays from natural ingredients containing minerals, with enrichment and moisturizing, and is easy to use by applying a beauty pack using natural cosmetic ingredients containing minerals to a nonwoven sheet in a paste state. The sheet type beauty pack may include: a first release paper; a nonwoven fabric whose one side is combined to the first release paper and the other side is coated with the cosmetic ingredients in the paste state; and a second release paper which is combined to the other side of the nonwoven fabric on which the cosmetic ingredients are coated, wherein the cosmetic ingredients contain: 35-45 parts by weight of natural ingredients containing minerals; 3-6 parts by weight of a dispersant; 0.1-8 parts by weight of a thickener; and 45-55 parts by weight of purified water. The natural ingredients containing minerals include at least one among ocher powder, mud powder, and ash powder. |
