The present invention relates to a functional composite particle manufactured by filling a nucleic acid hydrogel inside a liposome and to a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention comprising an X-shaped nucleic acid monomer in the nucleic acid hydrogel, has an effect of increasing an expression of protein factors included in the particle. Accordingly, when the core-shell particle is manufactured by using the method according to the present invention, an effect of facilitating an introduction of a genome into the nucleic acid hydrogel may be obtained, thereby the core-shell particle may be used as a protein production platform for copying a cell nucleus. |
