The present invention relates to a water treatment apparatus including or excluding a flocculation tank using a dissolved air-floatation method. More particularly, the present invention relates to a water treatment apparatus including or excluding a flocculation tank using a dissolved air-floatation method wherein a portion of initial influent water rather than final treatment water is separated and the separated influent water is introduced and saturated with air and then used in the generation of micro bubbles so that an efficiency of the apparatus can be improved. According to the present invention, a portion of influent water rather than treatment water is used to form micro bubbles so that it is possible to reduce a size of a contact tank and a separation tank; ambient air can be used without using an air compressor; an operation is allowed at a low pressure compared with a conventional flocculation apparatus; it is possible to reduce the amount of a coagulant to be used; it is possible to skip a flocculation tank if necessary and therefore there is the effect of reducing maintenance and installation costs (CAPEX) as well as operation costs (OPEX) of the entire equipment.
