The present invention relates to a magnetic brake system comprising a tube (1) including nonmagnetic metal and a rotational plate (2) installed inside the tube (1). The rotational plate (2) has a magnet (4) received in a magnetic receiving groove (21) formed on the outer circumference surface thereof. Moreover, a nonmagnetic metal body receiving groove (11) is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the tube (1), which is made of iron, and a nonmagnetic metal body (4) is received in the nonmagnetic metal body receiving groove (11). The magnetic brake system allows the rotational plate to smoothly rotate without interference, has no change in clearance caused by abrasion and no change in the shape of each part, and when a half-finished rubber product for manufacturing a tire is wound on a roll, or the wound half-finished rubber product is released to be used, maintains uniform tension to minimize the deformation of the material, thereby improving the uniformity of the tire and the like. |
