A text DB constructing system is provided to automatically convert an ARS guide line to a text by using a voice recognition API; apply tuning work and automatic editing work specialized for an ARS; convert the ARS guide line to the text for each menu; and update an APP, thereby efficiently converting a lot of international or national ARS guide lines to the text DB, and sensing/updating the change by using continuously performing a repeated search. The text DB constructing system can directly connect to a final ARS call (a proper consultant) without a lot of steps after rapidly selecting a final menu through a menu composed of the text in the APP of a smartphone. |
