The present invention relates to a functional pork sausage using a fermented soybean solution and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a functional pork sausage capable of contributing to enhance health of consumers, and especially a growing child or teenager by adding functional materials in a manufacturing process of a pork sausage to provide various functions. According to the functional pork sausage and the manufacturing method thereof of the present invention, 65 to 75 wt% of pork, 3 to 5 wt% of each functional material containing wood-cultivated ginseng powder, colostrums, omega-3 fatty acid, and seaweed calcium powder, 1 to 2 wt% of salt, 6 to 24 wt% of starch, and 1 to 2 wt% of other additives such as a seasoning, spice, etc. are mixed. Accordingly, the present invention can solve a nutritional unbalance problem which may be caused in a common pork sausage, and provide protein, calcium, minerals, vitamins, an immune substance, etc. in quantity by the added wood-cultivated ginseng powder, the colostrums, the omega-3 fatty acid, and seaweed calcium. Especially, the omega-3 fatty acid is an essential nutrient which is necessary for a normal tissue development of a body for a newborn baby and the teenager and for a brain development and a learning ability development for the growing child. |
