A dispenser for a plaster according to the present invention comprises: a housing for accommodating a roll type plaster wherein an opening through the plaster is inputted or outputted is installed on one side of the housing; a rotation cover unit for opening or closing the opening of the housing wherein one end of the rotation cover unit is rotatably installed in the housing; and a cutting unit for cutting the plaster outputted through the opening wherein the cutting unit is installed in the other end of the rotation cover unit.
