The present invention relates to a system to handle a consumer dispute of small or medium sized businesses, capable of promoting the reduction of expenses for the efficient management and maintenance of consumer damage examples, raised by consumers to small or medium sized businesses; and enhancing a brand image of a company by taking reasonable action for black consumers while properly compensating purely damaged consumers. The present invention includes a member terminal receiving the consumer damage examples, raised by the consumers provided with products or services by the small or medium sized businesses, and inputting information in order to manage to handle the received consumer damage examples; an expert terminal inputting opinions of experts about the raised consumer damage examples; a server control part entirely controlling to handle a consumer dispute by being connected to a web browser processing the input of the member terminal and the expert terminal; and a dispute processing server building a damage example database to allow a member to manage the examples by classifying the examples, building a standard consultation database providing question and answer type information about a solution and legal standards about the consumer damage examples in order to help the member, providing expert information to obtain a help from the expert, and limiting a use boundary of the built databases according to a use privilege. |
