Provided is a light irradiation apparatus which is capable of preventing dew condensation therein through adopting a configuration to cover the entire thereof with a sealing case. The light irradiation apparatus includes: a light source module which has a substrate and a light-emitting device mounted on a surface of the substrate and outputs light to an irradiation target; a heat sink which is installed to be in contact with the other surface of the substrate and has a passage therein through which a cooling medium flows; a sealing case which is installed to seal the light source module and the heat sink; and a moisture control member which is attached on the heat sink and controls moisture inside the sealing case.
