A METHOD FOR GENERATION OF LOW PURITY NITROGEN GAS

A method for generating nitrogen gas having a low concentration is provided to have a content ratio of oxygen from air of 3~5 volume% by using a nitrogen gas generator separating the nitrogen and the oxygen of the air. A method for generating nitrogen gas having a low concentration of which a content ratio of oxygen from the air is 3~5 volume% comprises steps of: setting up a pressure of introduced source air into a gauge pressure of 0.7~1.0MPa; setting up a space velocity of the source air in an adsorbent box at a pressure process and a product ejection process of 1500~2500hr-1; and setting up a relieving capacity of product nitrogen from an apparatus of 220~700Nm^3/hrÀton.
