Disclosed is a three-dimensional LED package bulb. The bulb comprises a light transmitting bulb housing (12), and a core column with electric outgoing lines (14) and a core column exhausting pipe (15) arranged inside. The electric outgoing lines (14) are fixedly connected with at least one three-dimensional LED package (13), and the electric outgoing lines (14) of the three-dimensional LED packages (13) are connected with an electric coupler (19) through a driver (18). The light transmitting bulb housing (12) and the core column are sealed, and a confined space is formed in the light transmitting bulb housing (12). The three-dimensional LED packages (13) comprise substrates (1), each substrate (1) is provided with at least one set of LED chips (9) which are connected in series or in parallel, and the electrodes of the LED chips (9) are led out by electrode outgoing lines (2) at the two ends of each substrate. The substrates (1) are integrally in a three-dimensional spiral line shape, and lines (4) of the spiral line shapes are smooth curved lines or folded lines which are formed by connecting a plurality of straight lines end to end or the combination of the curved lines and the straight lines. The three-dimensional LED package bulb overcomes the defects of discontinuous light sensation, uneven light-emitting distribution and the like when an LED bulb is applied. |
