The present invention relates to a diaper state change monitoring system, and more specifically, to a diaper state change monitoring system which enables a user to exchange a diaper. When a diaper wearer defecates or urinates on a diaper, a sensing device embedded with a sensor part senses the same and transmits the sensed data to an alarm terminal. Then, the alarm terminal makes a notification alarm by calculating the sensed data so a user can exchange the diaper.
