The present invention relates to a method for simultaneously and specifically detecting HLA-B27 and HLA-B51 genotypes by using a primer and a probe which are targeted to HLA-B gene, and to a kit using the same. The method of the present invention can simultaneously detect HLA-B27 and HLA-B51 genotypes through a multiplex real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) which uses a pair of primers and probes specific to a target gene HLA-B and an internal control group detection set targeting HLA-A. In addition, the kit of the present invention can detect target genes within a sample simply and efficiently through the multiplex real-time PCR. Therefore, the method and the kit of the present invention can easily detect whether HLA-B27 and HLA-B51 genotypes exist in a DNA within a sample and may be useful for more precise diagnosis and treatment of diseases. |
