The present invention relates to a cool-hot water dispenser having a safety device. The cool-hot water dispenser of the present invention is designed to comprise a safety device having a center pin by guiding the water pack downward, and an air vent part for ventilation of a cold water tank during water supply, based on a common cool-hot water dispenser having a housing including a water pack installation part on the upper surface, a discharge cork formed on the front; a safety device, and a cold water tank and a hot water tank arranged below the water pack in the housing. According to the present invention, the use and implementation of the safety device is convenient. |
