According to the present invention, the present invention comprises: a fixing panel providing a predetermined area wherein a lower surface is closely attached to a wall body and a waterproof sheet comes in contact with the upper surface; a bolt penetration hole penetrating a receiving unit recessed in a center portion of the fixing panel and enabling a bolt to be inserted into a bolt coupling hole of the wall body after the bolt is penetrated to enable the fixing panel to be fixated to the wall body; and a plurality of coupling through-holes having an arc shape having a predetermined length and arranged in the circular shape having various diameters in an outer circumference unit of the bolt penetration hole to be hardened while the molten surface of the waterproof sheet is penetrated and passed by a welding means to generate a coupling protrusion having the predetermined arc length. |
