摘要 The present invention relates to an aeration system with a function of discharging high concentration sludge which is capable of reducing consumption of thermal energy by directly delivering heat to wastewater and air, and allowing a smooth discharge of the sludge by heating the sludge being discharged. The present invention may include: a sludge inhalation pipe (30) having an inhalation hole (32) punctured for inhaling sludge (22) in a reactor (20); an air spraying pipe (40) having an air spraying hole (42) punctured in and out, and forms a sludge discharging path (34) between itself and the sludge inhalation pipe (30) by being located in the center of the sludge inhalation pipe (30); a sheath heater which is located in the center of the air spraying pipe (40) and heats the air passing through the air spraying pipe (40) or the sludge (22) discharged through the sludge inhalation pipe (30); a lower cap (60) which is combined to the bottom end of the sludge inhalation pipe (30) and has an end insertion hole (62) and an end insertion groove (64) which are formed in the shape of a concentric circle; an upper cap (70) which is combined to the top end of the air spraying pipe (40) and has a through hole (72) for fixing the sheath heater (50) to the center of the air spraying pipe (40); a spacer (80) which is combined to the top end of the sludge inhalation pipe (30) and has a through hole (82) for fixing the air spraying pipe (40) to the center of the sludge inhalation pipe (30); and a control unit (90) which controls the mount of current supplied to the sheath heater (50) based on the temperature measurements detected in the reactor (20).
