摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a blowfish sweet rice drink and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a blowfish sweet rice drink, wherein the sweet rice drink includes blowfish, beans, water parsley, etc. for a hangover. The method for manufacturing a blowfish sweet rice drink comprises the following steps: putting the blowfish in clear water for 1-2 hours to remove the remaining poison after removing the internal organs of the blowfish; mixing 25-30 parts by weight of the trimmed blowfish, 5-10 parts by weight of beans, 2-5 parts by weight of water parsley, and 50-60 parts by weight of water, and manufacturing a blowfish extract by heating a mixed composition in a double boiler at 100 deg. C for 8-10 hours; manufacturing a malt extract by filtering 85-95 parts by weight of the blowfish extract through 5-15 parts by weight of the malt; manufacturing hard-boiled rice by steaming the washed rice; and adding 10-15 parts by weight of water to 60-70 parts by weight of malt and 25-30 parts by weight of hard-boiled rice, and manufacturing a sweet rice drink by glycating the added composition at 70 deg. C for 5-6 hours.
