The present invention relates to a composition for proliferating stem cells or skin cells comprising at least one among an Andrographis paniculata extract, andrographolide, or salts thereof, and to a composition for improving skin conditions comprising the same. The composition of the present invention induces secretion of a growth factor from stem cells and skin cells and promotes cell proliferation. In addition, the composition of the present invention improves skin conditions such as reduction in skin wrinkles, inhibition of skin aging, improvement in skin elasticity, skin regeneration, or alleviation of a wound or a scar generated on an epidermal skin, etc. |
