The present invention relates to a technology about a fuel cell hybrid system. The fuel cell hybrid system of the present invention comprises a fuel cell pack for supplying direct current power to a motor of a vehicle and a hybrid battery pack for supplying a battery voltage to a motor and the fuel cell pack. The fuel cell hybrid system has a high voltage battery charged by a low voltage battery and vice versa through a bidirectional converter by entering a low temperature charging mode depending on an internal temperature of the hybrid battery pack.
