The structure includes a light emitting module, a 1st heat dissipating element and a 2nd heat dissipating element. The light emitting module comprises a substrate and at least one LED disposed on the substrate. The 1st heat dissipating element may be disposed on the other side of the substrate having the LED. The 1st heat dissipating element comprises a plurality of 1st heat dissipating pillars. The plurality of 1st heat dissipating pillars protrudes in the direction from the substrate to the 1st heat dissipating element. The 2nd dissipating element may be disposed on the side of the substrate having the LED. The 2nd dissipating element comprises at least one opening that is disposed corresponding to the at least one LED to emit the light generated by the LED.
