Disclosed are a data packet transmission processing method and device. A user equipment (UE) is used to conduct the following processing on media interface data to be sent: invoking a protocol stack of real-time transport protocol (RTP) to encapsulate media interface data so as to obtain an initial RTP packet, and prohibiting, by a UE, invoking a protocol stack of Internet protocol (IP)/ user datagram protocol (UDP) to encapsulate the initial RTP packet; and sending, by the UE, the processed media interface data to a base station. Therefore, the present invention solves the problem in the related art that saving air interface resources between a user equipment and a base station during the transmission of the media interface data, and out-of-order adjustment of the media interface data and synchronization of a voice and a video cannot be achieved at the same time, thus saving the air interface resources, and achieving that the out-of-order adjustment of the media interface data can be carried out and the voice and the video are synchronized at the same time. |
