A ATMOSPHERIC ENVIRONMENTAL RISK FACTOR PREDICTION METHOD ASSOCIATED WITH ATOPIC DERMATITIS SYMPTOM DETERIORATION

Disclosed is a method for predicting atmospheric environmental risk factors associated with deterioration of atopic dermatitis symptom. The method may include the steps of: (a) collecting materials with respect to atopic dermatitis symptom change by a material collecting unit; (b) calculating the first and second symptom risks by a modeling unit through modeling by applying a generalized linear mixed model and generalized estimating equations to the material; and (c) calculating a risk change and a confidence section by a risk factor prediction unit through using regression coefficients in the calculated first and second symptom risks and selecting atmospheric environmental risk factors which have an influence on deterioration of atopic dermatitis symptom. The present invention enables a longitudinal evaluation with respect to the relevance between atmospheric environmental change and the atopic dermatitis, and an exposure evaluation with respect to the outdoor environment for a long period of time with a children atopic dermatitis group as a target which is more sensitive to the quality of the air and has a relatively higher respiration volume than adults.
