Provided are a metal structure and a manufacturing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the metal structure comprises: a metal nanowire including a core part having the shape of a nanowire, including a metal; and a first shell part enveloping an entirety of the outside of the core part including the metal, wherein the metal structure has a core-shell structure of at least part of an entire circumference surface of the core part being in contact with an inner surface of the first shell part.
