PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods for preventing or reducing colon carcinogenesis.SOLUTION: The present invention is directed in part to methods of preventing or reducing colon carcinogenesis, the methods comprising administering to a patient at risk of colorectal cancer a pharmaceutical preparation comprising a disclosed chemopreventive.
