The present invention relates to a multiwavelength optical sub-assembly module and can prevent optical signal distortion and decrease a defective product rate through a reliability evaluation, by comprising: a housing part connected to an optical cable; a plurality of optical filter units coupled to the housing part and guiding optical signals; a plurality of transmission and reception units coupled to the housing part and receiving optical signals through the optical filter units, or transmitting optical signals to the optical filter units; and a substrate unit to which the transmission and reception units are coupled, respectively.
