The gear speed reduction mechanism comprises a rotor gear (5) fixed to the rotor (4) and coaxially sleeved outside the main shaft (1), a planetary carrier (6) fixed on the wheel hub outer casing (2) and sleeved outside the main shaft (1), a planetary shaft (7) rotatably penetrating the planetary carrier (6), a left planetary gear (8) and a right planetary gear (9) fixed on the planetary shaft (7), and a sun gear (10) fixedly sleeved on the main shaft (1). The left planetary gear (8) engages with the rotor gear (5), and the right planetary gear (9) engages with the sun gear (10).
