The purpose of the present invention is to simplify a connection structure of a cylindrical part including a portion to be easily bent and an electromagnetic shield casing part covering an electric connection portion at an end of an electric wire housed in the cylindrical part. An electromagnetic shield member is provided with a first electromagnetic shield member including: a cylindrical part which is formed into a cylindrical shape capable of housing an electric wire, and provided with a bend part (for example, a slit formation part) in at least a portion in the extension direction thereof; and an electromagnetic shield casing part which is provided at one end of the cylindrical part and is able to house an electric connection portion (for example, a connector) at an end of the electric wire. The first electromagnetic shield member is formed by bending a metallic plate material into a shape forming the cylindrical part and a shape forming the electromagnetic shield casing part in a state where the cylindrical part and the electromagnetic shield casing part are connected.
