The present invention provides a manufacturing method of oil-in-water nanoemulsion, which comprises the steps of: manufacturing an oil phase by adding oil and evenly stirring after dissolving an amphiphilic polymer and a surfactant in an organic solvent; manufacturing oil-in-water microemulsion by adding water in the manufactured oil phase at a speed of 50-200 μl/min; and manufacturing nano-sized emulsion by applying physical stress to the microemulsion.
