The present invention relates to a three-dimensional dose distribution measuring device for a head and neck radiosurgery device including a flash detector composed of a phantom for a test, a fluorescent body emitting light by a radiation source transmitting through the phantom, a charge coupled device (CCD) sensor detecting the lights emitted by the fluorescent body through images, a movable body supporting the fluorescent body and reciprocated by a motor along a guide rail formed in a longitudinal direction from the phantom for a test to the CCD sensor, and a supporting frame supporting the movable body to enable the movable body to move along the guide rail; a control board controlling the motor and the CCD sensor to collect data from the generated images; and a computer system connected to the control board. The present invention is characterized by a fact that the phantom for a test is formed into a hemisphere shape like a head of a human being. In addition, the present invention is characterized by a fact that a head-frame fixing unit fixed and connected to a head frame fixed to a gamma knife is additionally formed in the supporting frame. Accordingly, the present invention is capable of three-dimensionally checking the shape of light sources of the gamma knife on a real time basis according to a designated point by one-dimensionally moving the phantom for a test formed into a hemisphere shape and precisely measuring the dose distribution of radiation using the flash detector wherein the phantom for a test is installed, and three-dimensionally reconstructing the dose distribution at desirable coordinates by controlling movable fluorescent substances.
