A user terminal comprises: a location information acquisition portion; a virtual location information generation portion; a location information transmitting portion; a service information receiving portion; and a service information conversion portion. The location information acquisition portion acquires location information. The virtual location information generation portion converts the location information, and generates virtual location information. The location information transmitting portion transmits the virtual location to a server. The service information receiving portion receives location-based service information from the server. The service information conversion portion generates conversion service information based on a relationship between the location-based service information, the location information, and the virtual location information. Therefore, the present invention can save a resource of the user terminal, and prevents the location information from being exposed.
