A clearance compensation device using a rubber damper is disclosed. The disclosed clearance compensation device using a rubber damper comprises: a body installed in a receiving unit of a housing and having an inner space unit; a pressurization unit installed to be moved in the space unit of the body and pressurizing an outer circumferential surface of a bearing; a spring installed in the space unit to provide a damping force to the pressurization unit; and a damper unit provided to the space unit of the body to provide the additional damping force to the outer circumferential surface of the bearing. |
