PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end member that can appropriately transmit torque and can be smoothly attached/detached to/from an apparatus body.SOLUTION: There is provided an end member (30) that is arranged at an end of a cylindrical rotating body attached to an image forming apparatus body (2), and has a cylindrical bearing member (40) and a shaft member (50) held by the bearing member, where the bearing member includes a rotation shaft (51), a torque receiving member (55) that is arranged at one end of the rotation shaft and includes an engaging member (58) engaging with a driving shaft (70) of the image forming apparatus body, and a regulating member (59) that is pressed to engage or separate with/from the rotation shaft or the torque receiving member and switches between an attitude where the engaging member engages with the driving shaft and an attitude where the engaging member does not engage with the driving shaft.
