PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper fine particle dispersion liquid that is high in storage stability, and allows a member having excellent conductivity to be obtained when it is dried and burned.SOLUTION: This invention provides a copper fine particle dispersion liquid in which copper fine particles (P) coated with polymer dispersant (D) are dispersed in dispersion medium (S). For the copper fine particle (P), in X-ray diffraction measurement, an X-ray diffraction peak intensity ratio (H/[H+H]) is 0.67-0.83 when the peak height of a Cu(111) face is Hand the peak height of a CuO(111) face is H.
