A grating structure, a display apparatus and a display mode switching method. The grating structure (1) comprises a light-incident face, a light-emergent face and a plurality of consecutively arranged grating units (13) which are located between the light-emergent face and the light-incident face. Each grating unit (13) comprises a containing chamber (131), an electronic ink (132) which is accommodated within the containing chamber (131), has a predetermined electric polarity and is light-impermeable; a control module which is arranged around the cavity of the containing chamber (131), used for controlling the region where the electronic ink is located within the containing chamber (131); when the control module applies an electric signal, the electronic ink (132) moves to the corresponding region within the containing chamber; and after the control module removes the electric signal, the electronic ink (132) remains in the region where it is currently located. The grating structure may support the switching of 2D/3D display modes, and may reduce the power consumption thereof. |
