The present invention relates to a composition for analyzing quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction for each microbial group in kefir-fermented milk for quality control of kefir-fermented milk, and to an analyzing method thereof. according to the present invention, it is possible to successfully quantify a major microbial group existing in kefir-fermented milk, thereby being able to be applied in various fields industrially such as quality control of kefir-fermented milk, optimization in fermentation condition, and maximization of yield, by applying the method of the present invention.
