The present invention relates to an electrothermal panel and an electromagnetic wave shielding method thereof. According to the present invention, the electrothermal panel includes: a surface material; an electrical film which is arranged on the lower part of the surface material and is configured to emit heat by the power applied thereto; a power supply connection unit which is electrically connected to the electric film to apply the power to the electric film while including a power line and a ground line; and a conductive plate which is arranged between the surface material and the electric film while being electrically connected to the ground line. Accordingly, the present invention can use the conductive plate in contact with the ground to efficiently reduce the electromagnetic waves generated in electrothermal wires and enable the panel to be bent, folded, and deformed to be carried around and move the installation location easily.
