The present invention relates to a method for preparing a Korean beef extract. The method includes the steps of: preprocessing ingredients including the head bones, tailbones, beef feet, briskets and flanks, radishes, and spring onions; heating the ingredients in a purified water for the first time; removing the impurities of the ingredients after the heating treatment and washing the ingredients; extracting an extract by adding purified water to the washed ingredients and heating for the second time; filtering the extracted extract through a filter; removing oil from the filtered extract through an oil-water separator; and cooling the extract having the oil removed. For 100 parts of weight of the purified water, the Korean beef extract includes: 12.98 parts of weight of the head bones; 15.32 parts of weight of the tailbones; 10.51 parts of weight of the beef feet; 6.48 parts of weight of briskets and flanks; 2.26 parts of weight of radishes; and 3.24 parts of weight of the spring onions. |
