The present invention relates to a grinding wheel having shock absorption and noise prevention features to absorb shocks and vibrations applied to a segment of the grinding wheel in a vertical direction and to minimize noise from a grinding surface. Multiple fixating pieces (11) are formed on the circumference of a wheel cup (10) at regular intervals. A segment (20) is inserted between the fixating pieces (11) from the top to the bottom and is fixated to be moved. A rubber covering layer (30) is formed by pressing and molding rubber on the entire upper side of the wheel cup (10), the segment (20), and the fixating pieces (11). |
