A master cylinder for a vehicle brake is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the master cylinder comprises: a master cylinder body having a hollow bore; the primary piston linked with a pedal and the secondary piston linked with a motion of the primary piston which are provided to reciprocate in the hollow bore; and a brake light stop sensor module having a ring-shaped magnet provided for the primary piston and having a hall sensor installed to correspond the magnet outside of the master cylinder body to sense a magnetic flux density in accordance with the reciprocating motion of the primary piston to control lighting of a brake lamp. |
