摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recombinantly producing ribosome peptides derived from fungi by identifying and using a gene cluster participating in biosynthesis of ribosome peptides derived from fungi.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a method for producing a ribosome peptide derived from a fungus comprising the steps of: a) forcibly expressing a gene cluster participating in ribosome peptide biosynthesis in a cell, where the gene cluster at least comprises: a gene encoding a ribosome peptide precursor of which amino acid sequence comprises an endoplasmic reticulum transport signal sequence and a repeated sequence; and from one to four genes encoding proteins participating in the ribosome peptide biosynthesis, of which base sequences have E-values less than 1e-4 for four specified base sequences respectively; and b) collecting ribosome peptides from the cell. By using this production method, novel ribosome peptides, secondary metabolites of fungi, can be provided with expectation for application to medicines and other useful materials.
