The purpose of the present invention is to provide an electromagnetic shield member that maintains a cylindrical shape with a simpler structure. The electromagnetic shield member is equipped with first and second projections formed on respective first and second edge portions in a circumferential direction of a metal sheet member bent in a cylindrical shape. The plurality of first projections are formed at intervals in a longitudinal direction and each have a first wide portion closer to the end side than a first narrow portion. The plurality of second projections are formed at intervals in a longitudinal direction and each have a second wide portion closer to the end side than a second narrow portion. The first and second projections are then hooked to each other and a metal sheet member is formed in a cylindrical shape while each of the first projections is interposed between the second projections.
