A terminal system heating optimization method and device, which relate to the technical field of mobile terminals. The method comprises the steps of: collecting operating state information and temperature information about a terminal in real time; sending the collected operating state information and temperature information about the terminal to a server, the server comprising a cloud server; receiving a parameter which is configured by the server according to the operating state information and temperature information about the terminal and is suitable for the terminal to operate in a current situation; and controlling the heating and temperature of the terminal according to the parameter received from the server. An optimization application is submitted through a network connection server, and a suggestion and a parameter for heating management are given by the server in time, thereby improving the user experience. |
