Provided in the present invention are a lost data recovery processing method and device. The recovery processing method comprises: a first base station receives a synchronization packet; the first base station identifies a lost data packet in the synchronization packet; and, the first base station transmits to a second base station a request message used for requesting for transmission of the data packet. Employment of the technical solution provided in the present invention solves the problem in the related art of user experience being affected by multicast service discontinuity when a synchronization frame is lost. A base station is allowed to receive, prior to the arrival of a Uu-side scheduling time, a lost data packet transmitted by another base station, thus recovering a lost synchronization sequence, and preventing multicast service discontinuity caused by silence. |
