The present invention relates to a vibration avoidable vision inspection system. The vibration avoidable vision inspection system performing a vision inspection by acquiring an inspection image of an object discharged through at least one press device includes a vision inspection module photographing the object and defecting defects of the object by analyzing inspection images; a study module studying vibration generated at a vision inspection spot when the press device presses and collecting vibration-related data; a vibration modeling module classifying vibration signals that an incidence rate of motion noise is a critical value or higher as an incidence function based on the vibration-related data and modeling a vibration function; and a vibration avoidance control module calculating the total incidence function by aggregating an incident function with respect to the overall vibration generated in a working environment including at least one press device and transmitting inspection image acquisition request signals acquiring the inspection image during an interval of each incidence function of the total incidence function to the vision inspection module. Therefore, the present invention is capable of predicting the periodic vibration signals generated by the multiple press devices at the vision inspection spot to model by studying and acquiring the inspection image when an alert of the incidence function after calculating the incidence function including lots of the motion noise based on evolutionary computation. Accordingly, the present invention is capable of precisely performing the vision inspection of the object press-formed by the press devices based on the inspection image from which the motion noise is removed. Furthermore, the present invention enables process automation.
