The present invention relates to a system and a method for providing a pedestrian protecting service, an apparatus therefor, and a recording medium recorded with a computer program, and more specifically, to a system and a method for protecting a pedestrian by providing a notification to the pedestrian entering a dangerous area in order to secure safety of the pedestrian while walking. The present invention can prevent a pedestrian accident by transmitting a push message when entering a dangerous point based on a location of a pedestrian while the pedestrian is paying attention to using an apparatus, and can ensure that the pedestrian who sets a destination does not pass by a transfer station at the same time. By estimating a location of the pedestrian after a preset time based on the condition of the pedestrian′s movement, when the dangerous area having high complexity and low public security exists in the estimated pedestrian location, the present invention reminds the pedestrian of the dangerous area to make the pedestrian refrain from using the apparatus and to induce the pedestrian to focus on walking, thereby preventing an accident in advance. |
