An embodiment of the present system relates to an apparatus of driving a light emitting device, which can control a light emitting unit including serially connected light emitting arrays, the invention comprising: a rectification unit for rectifying an AC signal and outputting a rectified signal according to a rectified result; a current adjusting unit for outputting a selected voltage; and a sequential driving control unit connected with channel lines connected with a plurality of output end of the light emitting device arrays and based on a level of the rectified signal, forming a current path between the light emitting device arrays and the channel lines, and based on the selective voltage, adjusting a strength of a current flowing between the channel lines wherein the current adjusting unit converts a set voltage from analog to digital and generates a digital value in accordance with the analog-digital conversion result and based on the digital value, outputs one of the plurality of selected voltage as the selected voltage. |
