The present invention relate to a balloon flower root peeling device, which comprises: a casing comprised of a casing main body, a balloon flower root-insertion hopper, a balloon flower root-guiding piece, a washing water-retrieving guide, a peeled balloon flower root-discharging hole, and an opening-closing door; a first peeling unit including a hollow shaft, a plurality of high-pressure air/washing water discharging pipes, and a peeling brush; a second peeling unit having a shaft and a peeling foam; a first guide member having a first guide body and a balloon flower root bark fall-opening; a second guide member having a second guide body and a plurality of water supplying holes; a driving unit for driving the first peeling unit and the second peeling unit; a high-pressure air/washing water supplying unit connected to the hollow shaft; a bark collecting container provided on an inner surface of the casing main body; a washing water-collecting tank for charging the washing water; and a controller for controlling the driving unit and the high-pressure air/washing water supplying unit. |
