Provided is a movable fog dissipating device comprising: a fog dissipating unit to dissipate fog by mixing fog particles with dry air, and an anion condensation nucleus to be sunk and evaporated; a power generation unit to supply operational power or both operational power and fuel to the fog dissipating unit; and a vehicle to move to a region where fog frequently occurs in a state where the fog dissipating unit and the power generation unit are loaded. The present invention is to sink and evaporate the fog particles by mixing the fog particles with dry air and the anion condensation nucleus in a state where the fog dissipating unit moves to the relevant region. |
