A microporous metal foil manufacturing method and device which, when forming micropores in a metal foil by passing the metal foil between a pattern roller having high-hardness microparticles on the surface thereof and a hard metal roller, (a) interpose a laminated plastic sheet, which comprises a soft plastic layer and a hard plastic layer that has high tensile strength, between the metal foil and the hard metal roller such that the soft plastic layer comes to the metal foil side and (b) apply mechanical vibration to the pattern roller and/or the hard metal roller. |
